Pancake Day at the Youth Club

On Tuesday 28th February our Youth Club members enjoyed making pancakes. Children aged 6-13 years also took part in fun activities including spot the difference, colouring, dodgeball and football.

Thanks to all our volunteers who made the evening special!

Come along to the weekly Youth Club, every Tuesday at the Sedbergh Centre from 5.30 pm until 8.30 pm. Admission £3.00.

Carers Enjoy Valentines

Our Carers came along to the respite café last month and took part in a Valentines themed day including quizzes, games and flower arranging. They also enjoyed a selection of fine snacks and refreshments.

Thank you to our volunteers, Wendy & Christine who helped to make the day go smoothly!

Our next Carers’ Café takes place on Wednesday 15th March from 10.30 – 12.30 pm at the Sedbergh Centre and is free to anyone caring for another or who has done so in the past.

Volunteer with Us

Volunteers are the lifeline of our centre and help us deliver activities and support people in the community. In return for volunteering hours we can help with work experience, expenses and provide references and a free DBS check.

Last year, 36 volunteers helped 2,016 people aged 0-65+

If you would like to volunteer, please call the centre on 01274 679843 or email sedberghcommunitycentre@yahoo.co.uk with your preferred duties:
