FREE Diet 4 Living Weight Management Course (9-weeks)
Please come along to the 9- week Diet 4 Living session tomorrow (Wednesday) from 11.30-1.00. We will cover healthy eating and learn about the benefits of different types of exercise. Weight can be monitored and we will look at behaviour change and learning to become your own life coach. Times may vary slightly over the coming weeks. The sessions are FREE.
