Hi everyone, it’s getting colder and closer to Christmas with every passing day and we are getting busier at the centre! This month we are asking for donations of bottles, chocolates and tombola gifts for our Christmas Fayre which is taking place in November. We hold the fayre to raise funds for all the lovely activities and resources we are able to bring to you: our community. We have some special events taking place over the next few weeks including Humphrey’s PJ Party when all admissions will be donated to The Children’s Trust and two Halloween Parties! We have expanded our Community Cafe which now opens on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 pm and Fridays 10-11 and the Job Club now offers help with job applications and CV building. We had a lovely day at our Older People’s Day on Friday 2^nd October when we celebrated with coffee, cakes, quizzes and a raffle! Opposite you can see two of our ladies enjoying a cuppa!
