Hi everyone, it’s getting colder and closer to Christmas with every passing day and we are getting busier at the centre! This month we are asking for donations of bottles, chocolates and tombola gifts for our Christmas Fayre which is taking place in November. We hold the fayre to raise funds for all the lovely activities and resources we are able to bring to you: our community. We have some special events taking place over the next few weeks including two Halloween Parties and a Marie Curie coffee morning! We have expanded our Community Cafe which now opens on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 pm and Fridays 10-11 and the Job Club now offers help with job applications and CV building. Our new Active Play area is now built. Thank you to Aviva for funding it, Provident Financial & Participate Projects for building it & of course to everyone who voted and made it possible!

We also had a lovely day at our Older People’s Day on Friday 2^nd October when we celebrated with coffee, cakes, quizzes and a raffle!
