What is a Smart Meter and how can it help you? Find out on Friday 25th November between 10am and 1pm when we will be on hand to explain all at the Sedbergh Centre. This brilliant device is different to your traditional gas and electricity meter and is free to everyone in Britain before 2020. This really useful piece of equipment will put an end to meter readings, estimated bills and will help you to budget! Please come along to this free event. Cafe will be open throughout.
Vote for US - to win £300 to help older members of our community
The Galaxy Hot Chocolate Fund is looking to help small, local community projects by awarding five £300 donations per week for organisations with the most votes. You can vote for us once per week from 7th November to 26th February 2017 by clicking here. When you have voted you will receive a notification by email which you will need to click on to validate your vote. If we win we will put the money towards our older people's group which promotes healthy lifestyles, well-being and aims to reduce social isolation and keep people happy.
Photo Competition - winners published in Sedbergh calendar!
Enter your November photos now for a chance to appear in the Sedbergh Centre calendar. December photos should be submitted by Thursday 8th December to give us enough time to announce the winners and publish the photos in our brand new 2017 calendar!
