Would you like work experience with helping young people? We are looking for volunteers to help at our weekly youth club which runs every Tuesday from 5.30 pm until 8.30 pm. You will support and assist children age 6-13 years with a variety of activities and at the same time gain valuable skills and experience. Thanks to everyone who bought duck race tickets & volunteered for the Brighouse Gala. You helped to raise £387 for the centre! The winning Duck Race ticket numbers are: 1st 1331, 2nd 4351& 3rd 2630.

British Seaside Nostalgia
Friday 31st July

Sedbergh Centre
Take a walk down Memory Lane and visit the seaside of yesteryear.
The Sedbergh Centre will be showing a beautifully illustrated history of the British Seaside which shows how we fell in love with our coastal towns.
Included in this nostalgic feast are rare, never before seen moving images of the British at play dating from 1899 to the present day.
PIRATE DAY
The Sedbergh Centre recently held Pirate Day which ran through week commencing 15th June. Clients got together to enjoy Battleship Bowling, Pirate bun decorating, Pin the Eye Patch on the Parrot, Treasure Hunt and fancy dress! Thanks to Liz who co-ordinated the events and to everyone who took part.
