Our Young at Heart group for the over fifties enjoyed fun and games
at the Sedbergh Community Centre last week when they played lots of
games and took part in a Valentine themed quiz.
There were lots of 'heart'-felt prizes plus decorations which had been
especially made for them by centre's Youth Club members. Each Young at Heart client also received a gift of a hand-painted photo
frame each from the children as part of the centre's inter-generational work.
The Young at Heart group takes place every Wednesday from 1pm - 3pm.
